My own understanding is that if they'd indeed already been converted, a Form S-8 would have had to be filed. It hasn't been, so I think we can assume the conversion hasn't yet been effected, despite the statement to the contrary made in the 10QSB.

The Company has initiated legal action in the federal courts in the seeking the cancellation of another 9,740,000 shares of common stock.

I believe someone--ww?--asked about this earlier. As far as I know, there's only one Federal case brought by AZNT pending; the one that we've been discussing of late. In that case the company seeks the restitution of 4 million shares of common that it claims were "stolen". Its intention and desire is to cancel these shares once obtained.

So. Whence the other 5,740,000 shares, eh? We know that AZNT wishes to recover and cancel shares given by Mikey to various individuals at various times, but by my reckoning they don't add up to nearly 6 million.

Anybody got an explanation?

The wonkster was wondering about this some time ago -
#reply-5564801 - 'how many classes of paper'
#reply-5565273 - 'yes, yes, but how many classes of paper'
#reply-5565355 - 'but that's illegal, all holders of a class have identical rights'
#reply-5565575 - 'where's the registration statement'
#reply-5565665 - 'appears to qualify as "self-dealing"'
#reply-5566697 - 'I'll be waiting for your findings'

He's still waiting. Never got an answer.

The word 'common' as it is used in the expression 'common stock' denotes equal rights for all holders. At least, it did when I went to school, and presumably when ww did as well.

But Mikey could solve all his problems with one of these -
