>>Also today I recieved adjustments to every trade I had issues with from etrade for the last few days(about $2,000 in my favor)

Please tell us how to get an adjustment - and what incompetencies on their part are eligible for adjustment.

They've made plenty of mistakes on my account and every time I talk to someone they say, "tough".

My email goes mostly unanswered (or I get an "audit" notice saying they lost it).
Or they respond, "tough".

Thomas, the biggest problem I've had happen 1-2 weeks prior to the recent problem. When I place a sell order, lately it was almost impossible to get it filled. With the numbers trading at same market level, I would still not get executions. So, I would have to place 2-3 sell orders in the same stock, so I could finally get an execution order. And usually it was not in my favor. Etrade always had an excuse, because I used all or none limit orders that take least priority in the market. But, when your trading 500-1000 shares in a stock with a volume already over 15 mil in a 3-4 hour period, this is bullshit! What do they expect me to do, place market orders in todays volatility? So, by the time its filled the market maker kick me in the ass!
