If this is such a concern, the name of the transfer agent is listed at the Cabec website. You can call and get the number of shares that have been issued. Keep in mind that a substantial portion of these are controlled by M. John (that number can also be found at the website.)

The last time I saw anything about that was on the disclosure statement. It was 168,956,046 issued and outstanding.

No offense, but the reason you may not have gotten an answer back to your question is because the share issue has been discussed at length in earlier posts right here on this thread...It's approx. 180 million and we were all somewhat concerned this past summer because a RS was mentioned as part of PPP/Cabec split....Maybe you should read the past posts for additional DD at your leisure...Bye...
