Its not the facts, its the aroma.

The technology is there and perhaps somebody that smells a little better – all other things consider equal, will come along and make USAT an also-ran. JMHO, of course!

Jim, we are just looking at the odds,

Last year, the SEC halted 17 stocks, and I think only one is still trading. So, what are the odds that everything is just fine at USAT? Maybe it is, but I think I am playing with the odds in my favor by being short.

And, regardless of the trading issue, the valuation is an aberration created from a small float and a good promotion. No matter how good their business plan is, it ain't worth $1.3 billion. Imagine what kind of telecom network you could build with $1.3 billion. There is nothing they are planning to do, that 1000 telecom executives couldn't replicate in a month or two with about 1/10 of that money.

In my opinion, the main business of USAT is to sell stock, not long distance service. At least that seems to be where the real money was expected to be made.

Just my opinion of course,

Archer
