Just wanted to share the great experience I had with Onsale this past week. I put a bid in on a printer, but typed in the wrong lot number. I emailed them as it had been over the fifteen minute time frame, and no problem, they emailed me cancelling out the bid I had put in for the wrong printer. Later that afternoon, (Tuesday) I was emailed that I had won the bidding on the printer I wanted. I ordered it to be sent UPS ground and the printer was at my front door Friday. I'm impressed! I found customer service great with correspondence sent to me. Phone and fax number for Onsale clearly printed on my invoice that I printed off the website.
