I have bought from OnSale for quite some time. I have had difficulties from time to time and they have gotten them resolved in a timely manner, but it seems the last few months problems have increased and resolution is slower; they have not been up to what I would consider "normal" standards. As I stated in my original post, I think they are growing faster than they can handle. But that is just my opinion.
