BAM,

I've been to Farmington CT, in fact I may have stayed there at that hotel. I think I would have parked at the front door, but would probably been ticketed for that too. *L*

As for OnSale, they are doing it again right now! Since I have not heard from them since the 16th and today is the 21st, I went to the site to see if any new info was shown on my Service Request. On the way to getting there I was at the www.onsale.com/atsale/atsale page.
In the lower left corner of the page they advertise "Office 97 CD Upgrade" ...when you go to it and read the miniscule print it says nothing about a CD...it states they send a License and I would expect that with the CD...it says 3 1/2" disks can be sent for. NOWHERE does it state that a License only is sent! It is truly deceptive advertising in my opinion! I was not submitting a low bid and hoping to get something cheap. They had it for sale at a stated price and I was willing to pay that price, but the product sent was not what was advertised. Even then, I would have no problem returning it. The problem I am having is their lack of response, lack of method of direct contact to resolve the problem. Then when I finally get a response, they tell me to go deal with Microsoft!!

I still stand by what I stated in my original post. They have not responded within a reasonable time, certainly not as advertised, and as such, I see customer service going downhill from what it used to be. In my opinion it is because they have gotten busier and have not kept up. This certainly is not going to lead to satisfied customers and referrals. Which is what is needed for profits, which affect the per share price. Nope...I still am not ready to invest in this company.
