S0....If it's trading (MTEX) in off market at 17, down 14 from the close, is it a reasonable conclusion it will open around there in the A.M? We couldn't be that lucky--could we? If so, given the demonstrated Jet-assisted take-off this kangaroo demonstrated late in the day, do we cover then, or wait to see how much more money their 246,000 strong sales force is willing to pony up. What's this world coming to?? Multi-level marketing squeezes!

As you know, Anthony, I defended SATH against your attacks on the SATH thread. I was long, you were short, you came on the pro-SATH thread with your anti-SATH remarks consistent with your position, and I responded with pro-SATH remarks consistent with my position. From my perspective, it was not personal, it was business. I am very new to the stock market, and at this stage of the game, I am not for or against any stock. I just try to ride them up, get out, then ride them back down again. I want to learn as much as I can, as fast as I can, hopefully without losing my shirt in the process. To that end (the learning part ;^)), I greatly appreciate the sharing of your years of experience.

Yes - I have heard from Batgirl - "The ignorantly condemned" is a good pool of people to put her in. She is SO STUBBORN it is unreal. She keeps going on about how daytraders got reamed by your first pick at 23 3/4 on SATH even though we are not daytrading - we are position trading - as you told her. She goes on to say that we would have made more money buying at 6 and then selling short @30 - it was a pig at 10 - I would never have risked my money when it was @ 10 - she is just using ridiculous hindsight. It is very frustrating talking to her - I have given up. Per her request, I faxed her a copy of my statements saying I got shares off @ 30 - that must have her even more miffed! I hope she learns some day - as I told her, she is blinded by the tunnel vision created by her 100% faith in technical analysis. I have done all I can... -NH
