Sir Francis,

Actually I think the Dell volume nailed others also. I use Quote.com, QCharts for data and analysis (Beta 2, including Level II quotes). The relevant message is in the subject: "Quote.Com QCharts". The message is:

"All, here is a more detailed wrapup of what happened today. "

It gives perspective.

FYI, I like Quote.com. It's not perfect and they need to add additional analytical tools, but the data is pretty clean and the UI is second to none (I tried DTNIQ and StockEdge Online. Cancelled both for QCharts). Fundamentally, I like their approach. Their Customer Service is pretty bad, but Chris Cooper is in the Quote.com subject is pretty straight forward. Check it out.

Regards,

Dan.

Well I for one want to hear the good and the bad.
I do intend on opening my account in the very near
future. I like their product, but definitely need to
hear the BS that existing clients have to put up with.
These guys are not perfect, but so far they appear
far superior to what is out there. The sqeaky wheel
gets the grease!

Best Regards

WB

>The, "if you don't like it" post.

My point was that you printed out your problem, asked your questions and it appears you did not get a response.

I - and I assume others - read them, understood them, agree with them - - but I don't need to keep hearing it over and over and over again!

>I used these boards (among other tools) to select my broker. People read these. I think they should be aware of the issues that can materially impact their trading. I wish I had known about this myself, before signing up.

It appears that not a lot of other people are having these problems with Cyber as, so far, you are the only one posting about them - not like the many posts of problems on some of the other boards.

I have not a clue as to why you had a problem - the potential reasons are many indeed, for your computer setup to ISP to line to . . .

They may, indeed, be Cybers, but seeing as how so many other programs are having delayed quote problems, I would put my money on a quote feed problem TO Cyber and the others and not a problem of theirs.

I do agree that Cyber should address your questions but if they don't, take your business elsewhere. IMHO, no matter what Cyber does at this point, you will never be happy. You strike me as a perfect person looking for the perfect world - sorry, not going to fine it.

You made your point so spare the rest of us, please.
