Osiris, are you a star or a constellation, I can't remember? The information I've been given did not mention debentures. Once again, I have no way of confirming or denying the information I have posted, only to say that what was predicted appears to be happening.

How many shares did the seller dump today? Half a million? Three quarters of a million?

How does a brokerage firm publish a recommendation of "speculative buy" on a company and then sell millions upon millions of its shares 6-8 months later without any published change of opinion?

I started a countdown to public filing a few months ago and swore to myself that I would keep this issue up front. The company published some little one-page sheet of numbers and announced that they were preparing to file with the SEC. I let the issue slide; now its Feb. 22 and there is still no SEC document. How many times do we let the company delay this step? What possible, conceivable benefit could there be to the shareholder for these continuous delays? We all know the answer to that one, don't we?

We are invested in a company whose Investor's Relations spokesperson does not know?/understand?/communicate? the difference between closely held shares and the float. I have notes on Volk's numbers; we had an actual conversation about it. It was not a simple question-and-answer. In my mind, there is absolutely no chance he simply misspoke or mislabeled the numbers. He unquestionably told me the closely held shares were 60-65 million, because we discussed who they belonged to. I wonder what Volk does now.

I am basically a naïve, trusting, gullible person ready to believe management to the very last. However, if management pushes me just a little further, they may as well shoot their next film in a courtroom, because that is where we all will be. So, I have my dated notes of my conversations with these fine people, and if I ever have to refer to them, I know where to find them.
