Mitchell I think that anyone expecting a different response from BNEZ is delusional. You are an investor and 'not privy to insider info'. My suggestion would be to set up an appointment to discuss these things with BNEZ management if your intention is to get involved. Since I have no knowledge of your experience or prior success, it seems difficult to endorse your candidacy for any position in this company. That is not to say that I wouldn't be supportive of your candidacy if the credentials and plan were acceptable to BNEZ management. People on threads tend to get caught up in emotion and frustration. I hope that those of you who are more level-headed can see that we are not in a quick play here. Perhaps the landscape may change with a future partnership, but for now we are all in a waiting game. I personally own hundreds of thousands of shares and I am frustrated as well. I just think that before I am willing to take a loss on a company that has this type of software, I'll wait awhile and see what they come up with. There are two thousand copies in stock at just 3 of the 20 some companies that are offering the product (not including egghead). I suspect that our numbers are better than we think despite the lack of advertising. Remember, Inc did run a couple of Ads early on and we may see some reviews in the next month. The trial is nearing its end and we may find ourselves in a better position soon. Let's give this company sometime to find its niche because the product is that good!

Would BNEZ, out of stubbornness, allow this to go to the pink sheets on their lawyers advice to keep everything a secret? i personally believe that dr. clark is delivering the goods. still waiting for the rest of the management team to contribute in a way that benefits shareholders. maybe someone here can help me see where that's happening. regards. gary
