If my memory serves me, Sirk said this stock would easily go to .10 with 600 million shares and probably .20. This equates to a $60-120 million market cap. He now says it is a bad deal with a $16 million market cap just because there is 800 million shares. What's wrong with this picture? Please forgive me if my memory is incorrect.

My internet service provider crashed right at the beginning of the
meeting. Could someone summarize the high points please. I know
about 820 million shares. I am on a new provider right now.
