This might be a dumb question but i'm going to ask it anyway. John said today the authorized shares were 820mil. Everyone is saying they are printing shares to raise capital for acquisitions. However, if the reverse merger has not been completed, how can there be dilution? Technically we still own PRWT not Panam. So how can Panam print more shares of a different company if the reverse merger has not been completed? This might be a dumb question. it has been a long day, but just thought i'd ask.
