So how many shares do you think are in the Nevada Corp? How many are already owned by John Schmitz and his group of backers there? And when they swap shares with PRWT, how many shares are then going to be outstanding? How much dilution will the current PRWT shareholders experience when the swap is accomplished? How much dilution, if any, will John Schmitz and his friends experience? Who has been dumping the shares into these little failed rallies? Who had those 25M shares that entered the float recently? Why are financials getting pushed out further and further? Why was this Interactive Event so pitiful? I fear that we may never get to the bottom here as the questions pile up faster than the answers. Which raises the really nagging question which is why would the questions only increase over time, when laying them to rest is such simple work? Maybe we should be calling the SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC to help us get some answers.

Isoman, I took your suggestion seriously and read posts 700 to 2000 and then kept going to post 10000. I also checked the first 699 posts just for completeness. I'm now going to take a long hot shower.
