At least this company has products and a working phone number. That is an exception to the rule of late with the insanely volatile shell game being played on most boards.

Here is an update on the current market float of PLRP. This information was retrieved from two sources. The Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co., and info received from Pacel itself.

Number of shares issued: 28,885,991

Shares held by Dave & Kay Calkins (restricted): 12,500,000

Shares held under Court injunction, pending resolution of a Lawsuit against Solutions, Inc. and Floyd Kephart: 3,500,000

Shares held by Keith Hicks, Jr., a member of the Board of Directors, which are under volume restrictions, yet still classified as free-floating: 1,040,000

This leaves the actual free-float total of: 11,845,991

Colleen, according to the Financial Statements from 1996 & 1997, "Pacel Corp was formed on May 3, 1994 under the laws of the State of Virginia." This should answer your previous question.

I hope this info is helpful. I do wish someone can logically explain the reasons why the MM's seem to be holding down this stock. I can't seem to make sense of it all. Thanks.
