I understood your original complaint. However, now you have me confused. They are going to refund 100% of your money. What more do you want? They may have taken their sweet time getting there (no excuses), but since they couldn't give you what you wanted, they "voided" the transaction. Why do you want a phone number or a name? The automated system gets you there without increasing costs, and in a more efficient manner (something shareholders like). Are you just looking for a real body to yell at?

The plot thickens. You purchased from atCost, not atAuction. My dealings are only with atAuction. However, the supervisor of customer service for OnSale atCost customer's is Daisy Vidal. I know she'll get it done. She was promoted from Operations at atAuction.
The problem now would be that your purchase is actually from Tech Data. They will, traditionally, avoid any and all customer returns.
Althought Tech Data has been the highly regarded upstart competitor of Ingram, they have their failings. this is a good test as to how strong the partnership with Tech Data is for OnSale. Neither company can afford right now to alienate their customers. Customer service over the next year - 2 years will separate a great many e-commerce entities out of the pack.
