Riley, sure I'll listen to the tape. You have several material facts wrong though.

1. there was no agreement to PR or raise AZNT money through the avenues you think

2. The agreement that was in place was signed after Mike received the money and discussed with these individuals there assistance int he market by Mike.

3. The agreement that was in place with AZNT was to raise something new for AZNT, non-dilutive funding, which ended up in breech of contract with AZNT's agreement with my former company being terminated because Sylver didn't pay for it when the work had already been started in finding him the money, which we did find.

4. If you recall conversations here on this thread I did disclose to smartin that I was assisting AZNT and I never violated 17B. There were also conversations with Bill Ulrich and one other.

So, gary's implications of the S-8 situation is almost correct, but the situation was addressed with Robert Qualey and myself because the company wanted non-dilutive funding. LOLOL, lets make sure that all the facts get out if you want to make this all public here on the thread. And I will.

So in closing, lets make sure that when Gary and You converse you get on the same page.

You really have no idea what you are talking about, just like the little man Gary Dobry, aka Gary Dobry, posting under someone elses account.

I have news, Riley: in New York it's illegal to tape telephone conversations without informing the party with whom you're speaking.
