Don,

It was never my intention to "bury" this company, or any other. I was just pointing out what I perceive to be a possible flaw in the system that could inherently be passed on to stock value in the future.

We investors are constantly working with yesterdays informaiton in todays market....often making today's information very valuable in decision making.

<<The Internet has been known to "bury" a company, if exceptional bad experiences are shared by many.>>
In the case of ONSL, there are no "many"...just one person who has milked all he can out of his situation...Most of the people posting about their experiences with ONSL appear to have been highly satisfied....

Don,

Well, the "system" finally worked! OnSale sent me a RMA number today!
I just wanted to let you know their customer service finally responded and got their job done. All I have to do now is ship the item back and they will issue credit for it. Though I still think a little over a month to settle such a thing is way too long to be classed as "reasonable".
