The real diff between your sitch and mine is that the parents did at least once say that they'd do something. Have the parents of the junior bikers been approached, and what was their response? If the kids'll just go to the landowner and say "sorry, we're out of here" all sorts of nastiness can be averted.
In my situation the kids were rude and their parents tacitly (or blatantly in some cases) cheered them on.

Do they need driver's licenses to ride dirt bikes on private property? I realize that they are trespassing, but maybe you can get the cops to arrest them for driving without a license.
