Hmmm...Look at those buys coming in! Now who do you think would be buying a company that is a joke?? No PR is a good sign to me. No need for one. Someone (insiders?) want to BUY. This is a huge sale!!
A PR would only drive the price up for those (Howard & co) wanting to buy. NO PR drives it down. Exactly!

JMO, but watch and see. I'd be willing to bet that we won't hear anything until they get all the shares they want. And then the big news will come, when it is too late for most people, except them! JMO

My biggest fear at this point is that if PLFM does not handle its PR's properly then they will be in for class action lawsuits. Then all of us will really get hurt. High tech companies are the targets of lawyers who specialize in such lawsuits.

All I was inferring that no one had spoken directly to IR to verify a PR( If I am wrong, I apologize). I just see so many times on these boards that people express their wishes instead of verifiable facts. I meant no harm, but would like to be led to the source of the post that called the co. with info of the eminent PR.
I did the same thing as Chris one time and reported what I observed. It was not good enough for those I reported too that were either too lazy, too cheap, too busy or too critical to gather the facts themselves. I vowed then that I would never do DD for others. I was told that I did not even report that the meeting I attended started 15 minutes late.
I call the co. when I need info. I have found that is the best source of info. (BTW, I always have a pen and pad @ hand and even ask for the persons last name).
