You are correct, Mike. I don't see how acquiring an asset in an arms length transaction can increase book value. It should serve to clear one of the NASDAQ listing requirements, but the largest hurdle (share price) still remains.

However, remember that the seller is also getting a 20% revenue participation. While I won't suggest that anyone take the $600MM valuations to the bank, I'm tempted to conclude that the seller sees a significant possibility that substantial revenue will be generated. We will see if a net margin comes along with those revenues.
