HG: No offense, but as a retired Sears executive you should know that local test marketing is a rich man's game, and, as Sears proved several times, it doesn't necessarily work. BNEZ has always been one or two steps ahead of the wolf, and their accomplishments are amazing given their resources. What is your definition of "not terribly expensive"? My understanding is that the packaging issue originates from software buyers at the chains. Do you think the buyers are ignorant, too? Or is it only Sears folks who understand how to do things? Stop thinking like someone who works (or worked) for a billion dollar company. This is a small company with limited means. Have a good day.
