Cowen is a very small brokerage firm. My aunt Mabel downgraded Dell at $32 too.

Pat: Richard Chu of Cowen still has a "BUY' on Dell,guess he is doing a Kumar on Dell. Any idea what the differences are? May be Strong Buy is where you go ahead and bet the farm,a Buy on the other hand could call for betting only half the farm,yup that sounds about right to me,to you?

HI Pat: Looks like a fun day with Dell all over the board. Some trying to unload shares bought for the split. Others trying to buy at a cheap price. Dell fighting back with lots of news releases on the HP sales etc. . They can't use the old excuse of Dell being overpriced(*hehe) Have a good day Sig
