Thanks joe
I know jimmy was in akron week before last, probably talking to Goodyear, if miles is on the road this week, surely he is good enough to come back with a nice order, normal process in bb issue like this is skepticism, we are probably in holding pattern, waiting on next news release to confirm upward direction, I'm betting it will happen

Appreciate your efforts.
Unfortunately, by day's end, more suspicions will arise and again, get blown out of whack. Better keep that number on speed dial.
Here are the results of "rumor" or misinformation.

MRPS

Anyone have news on MRPS? Possible patent problems with CTRL. Does not sound good.

Joe, just curious. Would Mr Gayle put all this in writing for you with his "John Henry" applied? Now that would be of substance, if not ..toilet paper...

Thanks Joe,

Sounds like ctrl is a "I wannabe, but couldn't be".

Jimmy's has a good hind sight in my eyes. It's like a poodle running up to a pitbull asking for a fight. The pitbull considers the poodle a joke and wouldn't give it the time of day until the poodle wants a bite of his (you know what I'm talking about), but only if he can reach them.

Thanks again Joe, watch out the girls on this board are being naughty today.

Susie

Oh shoot, do I have to behave!

Good Post, when companies get orders like MRPS is getting the me too's come out of the woodwork trying to catch some money as it falls from a fast growing maple tree like MRPS. Go MRPS GO Goodyear deal and then Michelin and then Bosch and then Pirelli and then........ the customers are endless..........
Good luck
Dave

Joe-MA,
thanks for all the work done as explained in your 2980. A few quick comments come to mind instantly.
1. What is Mr. Gayle doing? Is he out of his mind getting tied up with characters like this Rozzi? And, what about this Russo in Staten Island? My gosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If this connection doesn't sound "fly by night", I don't know what does. There are absolutely tons of legitimate investment bankers all around the country who do the job of raising capital and doing it efficiently and legally. These two characters sound like people out of a Damon Runyon novel.
2. This is just another in a series of fitful starts that MR. Gayle has made to get funding for the company. It would have been much better to deal with reputable fund raisers, investment bankers, etc.
I hope he has learned his lesson by now. The PR firm was incompetent, the investment bankers were incompetent, etc. etc. etc.
Vic

MRPS attorney reply....

As a follow-up to a conversation with Mr. Gayle on 3/9 - post #2980, I was put in touch with the MRPS attorney to clarify some matters. Below are his comments based on my notes - nothing verbatim.

Re. Mr. Roche of CTRL Systems, Inc. email to several of us.
He is unaware of any such claims being made legally against MRPS. I am sending him the Roche email and he will look into it with the purpose of squashing any untrue assertions.

Re. trademark rights in general:
He states that any trademark ownership is determined by both registration (we know MRPS applied for and was granted registration for ULTRAPHONICS trademark in 1997) and by use (we also know that MRPS has been actively using this name). case closed IMO.

Re. Rozzi and Russo matters (Russo of IB fame 1.4mill) and Rozzi of recent selling 270,000? share fame.
The Russo matter is pending with NASD (as we already know). The Rozzi matter may not be pursued further - may not be worth the cost and trouble at this point.
(My comment: any recoup of $ or shares will be a positive to MRPS. And there are no more negatives here since shares have been sold- Case closed IMO.)

Re. original IPO - with IAIF - Interactive Information Solutions_
He was not around when this was done in 1996? but his understanding is that IAIF was at the time an existing entity and that rather than go public by itself(Ultraphonic N.A. precursor to MRPS) they chose to go under the IAIF shell. This entity was reorganized into MRPS and he has no knowledge of any lingering liabilities, etc. existing from that original shell. Case closed IMO

I think the above should answer that shorter's comments from the other board as well as any open questions some of us have had here.

As the attorney stated to me - in the four months he has been the corporate attorney, whenever any issues have arisen, they always have been resolved in favor of Jimmy and MRPS.

Now, back to further contracts and rising stock price.
