Okay, guys I'm back in town and finally spoke to Benz! He answered all of my/your/our questions. I asked about 13 questions in total, and here are his responses: 1) If you are trying to make a big bang about Speedway Junky, why haven't you made a big promotion on the website WWW.SpeedwayJunky.com?? Ans: "My job is not promote the movie publicly, it is to sell the movie, the buyer will be responsible for public promotions! 2)Have you sold the Speedway Junky yet or what is latest update?? Ans: "we are still entertaining offers, looking for the best one! Hope to have a deal done in 30 days!" <--- Yep that's right folks, he said about 30 days! 3) I heard rumors that it might be sold with % attached to box office?? Ans: He just wants to sell it and take profits and move on! He said he is really not interested in the % deals, of course he will still entertain them, but he was pretty certain in what he wants to do! 4) Why haven't we got feedback from recent screenings or atleast anouncements of more screenings??? Ans: " I'm not gonna put out a press release saying: "Screening was great everyone cheered at the end! and plenty more to follow" I will put out press release when something significant occurs to the stock"! <--- makes sense to me! 5) How did screenings go??? Ans: "Got great reviews from Berlin Film festival and the second screening in LA theater was so packed that they had to rent another building for the screening" <--- and the only peolpe allowed to go to these screenings are people in the movie industry! <------ That should tell you something about the interest, I think??? 6) How many shares, if any, do You, Golan and Globus own. Ans: Golan and Globus both have 10 million options each and Mr. Benz has 3 million options! <------seems to me this is a good enough reason for them to be motivated! 7)Was there any PP's done last within the last year?? And are they restricted??? Ans: "Yes, 10 miilion back in June/July time frame and they are restricted" 8)Will there be any more PP's in the future??? Ans: "NO, there is no need to raise any more money" They are currenlty using bank funding to get money, but doesn't want to do that anymore either, once proceeds come in from Sell of speedway Junky and other future sales" 9) Will MVEE get any proceeds from LIMA?? Ans: "yes, but only once Lima has brought in twice the budget, which was $1.6 mil" <-----So LIMA must bring in over $3.2mil and then MVEE will get 40% of all proceeds over $3.2 million! 10)What is the story or outcome with the Bibyan Law suit?? Ans: " First of all, MVEE is not being sued by Bibyans! MVEE is suing the Bank of America, for wrongfuly giving money to the Bibyans!" He told me that the attorneys told him everything is going okay and looks good and that they should know the outcome of the case in 6 months! 11) When is SEC filing gonna happen and what is status and will it be US or canadian?? Ans: "filing will be with US not canadian" he last spoke to accountant two weeks ago and most paper work was completed, he said accountant is now working on exhibits<---maybe somebody on this board, more familiar with this process can explain, what exhibits are, to us! He said they are only one week away from filing once exhibits are done- but he basically danced around this question and never told me when they would be filing! 12) Are there any warrants in the market and are they restricted?? Ans: "Yes, there are Warrants to original investors from May98, which will expire in May 99! The warrants are at $0.35.share! <-----Can someone tell me what warrants are and what this means for us??? Are they like stock options?? 13) Please explain the high G/A Cost = $2.3 Million as seen on Sedar.com?? Ans: He said that whoever asked this question "has NO CLUE of how to read a Financial statement" He said that this relates to the discontinued cost of the healtclub operations which they managed last year! <---- What the hell is a G/A cost any? And who told me to ask this question and why??? Well folks, that's it, I hope this was useful and helped clarify some questions or issues any of you might of had! Sorry for writing so much!
