Huh? ML stuck their necks out? David Niles stuck his neck out on Dell. ML saying they will upgrade "IF" ORCl shows an upside is bull. Upgrading or downgrading BEFORE earnings is sticking your neck out.

>>>ML says they will review their rating on ORCL following the Q3 report today. The report basically implies that we should expect an upgrade if Oracle shows an upside surprise on margin. <<<

>>>I should make clear, if it's not obvious already, that the report is extremely positive. This report is saying, "screaming buy." Analysts don't stick out their necks on the day of earnings unless they are pretty sure that they have an upside surprise coming, IMO.<<<
