My nets are still mixed on Monday's close. If we go up above 10k then I will short with a narrow stop loss.

When have you ever heard that OPEC members comply with their agreements to cut production? Historically, they always seem to undercut and over produce regardless of any agreement.....<g> I don't think that any of the members will even come close to complying with their own OPEC agreement.....IMHO.....
