They will definately cheat, but if they still cut enough to reduce the overhead then the oversupply will be reduced. Don't forget API numbers have been bullish the last month or so, and coupled with this new agreement it looks like the trend can reverse here.

Hi GZ, ESPECIALLY when the price of crude goes up.Brings out the bootleggers and cheaters.No rocket science just greed and you can count on that. JMHO Bob
