Hi Frank,
As always thank you for your excellent work on the charts - Don't know how you do it or how long it takes but this newbie really enjoys seeing them.

If you don't mind I'd like to ask for some background opinions:

1) On the spx with macd 13,34,8 ; Has crossing the neutral line usually been a long term trend indicator or can it cross and dip negative? In the time frame you show it is quite a good track record of showing long term trend changes.

2) On the spx storsi 8,5,3 ; Has the indicator ever reversed at the upper line. For the time frame shown it looks like a test or shakeout below the breakout point is about to occur.I have almost learned to expect this on stocks but am new with SPX.If it was a stock - light volume on a small shakeout would be the perfect time to buy and take a rocket ride. This might further be supported by the longer term macd seeming to be a better long term trend indicator as in we've got more of this tiger to ride.JMHO.

I hate to seem ignorant but do you ever track volume on the contracts to see if this shake might be on low or high volume?

TIA for your hard work and I hope this isn't a bad case of asking too many questions after you have already done some very good work!

Bob
