OIL SECTOR <You present a strong fundamental argument why the oils should not be rising... Yet, they are rising. > Jim, what is...is. I was even fortunate enough to predict such a thing was emminent: Message 7693772 <I've seen too many individual oil stocks show up on various scans to dismiss this as just a sector blip... The changing character of Relative Strength to the upside for all these stocks is reflecting a fundamental change that's not yet on the books...> I am not aware of what that fundamental change may be.
