Hi Michel, Have you heard of Legend Trading seminars and its affiliated company Harbor Securities? I would appreciate your, or anyone else, opinion on these companies.

Thanks,
Alex

Michael thanks for coming on SI and pumping your own product. What a great example you set. Those who have shared views on SI in the past and have racked up considerable experience find themselves reluctant to post due to the continued deterioration caused from the likes of you. I congratulate you on being part of the ever growing herd that devalues a once enterprising forum.

Please no response is necessary.

Michael
Sorry about being off the subject. But I had a few questions I was hoping you may be able to answer. I am curious how you build up a daytrading brokerage. What does it entail. What are the barriers to entry? How much capital would you need? What companies would you use for securities clearing. Thanks Eric B.

I think you're wrong about that 30% succeed in daytrading...

It's more like 10% to 20%. And I'm talking strictly about daytrading. Not swing Trading. Flat at the end of the day.

I've heard this figure from Marc Friedertag, author of "The Electronic DayTrader" among others. This is a figure he bandied about in his classes and talking to prospective day traders.

Where does your figure come from?
