<<<..Most certainly there are. But why would they need CHIP to do so?...>>> Well, Henry come July 1st, 1999 there will be a new rule in effect. This little BB company has ineffect spent say $1,700,000 to position itself to full nasty beasty disclosure and we just read an Edgar that made your hair stand up2! Well, the fact that they are that far along is Montels' "Biggest Credit". The Alphabet "L" means that six months past July is when the reporting requirement will hit LS Capital. Seems to me they could brag about being reporting way early ( ier ) than others in their BB class. A mind is a terrible think( or thing as you said of me yesterday-BTW- that was rude )to waste if not able to put 2 and 2 together, and take a step backward in order to go forward.

Actually you've got a good point there, Richard. There is a company called IMON that was created from the shell of a failing sporting goods company. IMON had never sold a product, but it did catch on with the internet mania and traded as high as $10. The principals involved made out like bandits.
