Chuca,

I appreciate your review of the thinking behind your ongoing investment in CHIP. But other than the first couple of sentences it doesn't relate to the question I asked. Yes shells have some value, a private internet investment I am involved with just used one to bring a portion of their business public. But there are lots of shells out there. Why is CHIP in a better position than others? It is not all that difficult to clean up an old shell and get the reporting straight. And most of the value in the deal goes to the shareholders of the new entity not the old shareholders. So if as you imply the future of CHIP is as a shell for a new company how does this make CHIP an attractive investment now?
