You have obviously read the JV agreement in it's entirety in order to state from a legal standpoint that ABZ has lost a portion of the property?

Let's hope the court sees it as clearly!

I find it interesting that twice before the Camsell property JV has had partners diluted for non contribution to exploration costs and in neither case was it contested. That fact alone seems to be ominous indication to me that Aber was trying to pull a fast one and got caught out.

The two occasions were Afriore way back in 1995 (I think), and Aber themselves in 1998.

Great deduction. It is one of those "why didn't I think of that' responses. I talked to some sharp people about what it might mean and no one came up with that.
