National Discount Brokers (NDB) has been satisfactory. Flat charge for unlisted stocks (including OTC-BB) is $14.95 for market orders and $19.95 for limit orders. Double check the charges. You can visit their web site:

ndb.com

They charge 1 cent a share for orders above 5000 shares for listed stocks. This charge does not apply to OTC stocks.

E*trade is great, they only charge $19.95 per trade, no matter how many shares you buy! And you can place the trade yourself online anytime, while with Ameritrade, they suck, YOU must place all OTCBB trades with a broker, you cannot place these trades yourself online, You must call an ameritrade stock broker! Which means, you can't place any trades over the weeked or after 10 pm. eastern time!

Hope this helps!

John

Based on trial and error, I now mostly use Web Street, although I have several other accounts I occasionally use for pennies. It charges an "UNLIMITED SHARES" fee of $14.95 per on-line trade, market or limit, and FREE online NASDAQ trades of 1000 or more shares priced over $2. Order execution usually under 6 seconds. If you have trouble ordering online, tell their broker when ordering by phone and they'll only charge you $14.95
webstreet.com

NDB logs off after a few minutes of inactivity, has slow online order execution, and it takes a while to get a broker by phone. However, NDB's touch tone ordering compensates.
Waterhouse is excellent for IRA's and 24/7 customer service, but has extremely sluggish online execution and slow phone broker response.

Try NDB (national discount Brokers) NDB.com At 14.75 a trade. It says there is a charge over so many shares but it does not matter for BB stocks. Limit orders are only 19.75.
