You're probably right Gord. Nobody in their right mind would
spend that much money and not give proper notice to a partner
and risk not only losing the dilution of that partner that did
not participate but also losing the cash costs in lieu of that
abstaining partners non-participation.

HOWEVER, find out who drafted the contract and we will know
exactly what is up.
