JDN: I have been asking this question of rudeog. CPQ repeatdly says it is aiming for a 5 day turanround from order to shipping. But my understanding is that it is presently somewhere between 7-9 days. They should have a rough grasp by the 21-23rd March, but rudedog suggests that the data is late and more complicated from some of the non-US markets.

A back-end laoded quarter is just that. Volume rises towards the end. Mason said it will depend on whether they can ship enough before the end of March to make up for January softness. March is slightly ahead of plan. If they miss it should not be by much. There is a chance, according to Neff, of a snap back in March.

Dear JDN:

>Dont know how fast a turnaround they have from
>first receiving the order until shipping but I doubt its much under 2 weeks.

The current turn around time is 5 day to over 10 days, depending on the line and the model.

Lynn

I gotta tell ya, I'm getting rather tired of all the "buying opportunities" this past year.
