Hi Jaz - I am holding out as the opportunity cost is not that much compared to what the gain might be. If ALA can not tender the 90% they need based on their $37 CASH offer, I expect BETTER terms from ALA for the other shares they will need to close the deal.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that they will pay the "hold-outs" in ALA stock rather than cash. Any case, it would be in their (ALA's) best interest to collect all the shares they can based on the original offer and then deal with the "hold-outs" latter.

Good luck with what ever you do...but I plan to do nothing for a few month's.
