Mark, Dell has stated that he had sold his shares. It would therefore appear that some of what he now spouts is " sour grapes". Of course, he has been skeptical and negative even when he professed to own shares, so who really knows? Gene

Mark, Have you ever spoken with Capital Bay Securities? Talk about getting the run around. So has Art done what Pritchard instructed? Also might be a good idea to hash over what the SEC considers inside information.My understanding (and correct me if I'm wrong)is any information that is not available to the investing community at large that could materially affect the potential evaluation of the company by the market. Obviously a rough paraphrase. If I'm way off on this, please enlighten me. Thanks.
