PSFT is not down because of the suing announcements but simply because this company is just not making money. I believe that PSFT will be reporting losses before the end of April. As for this being a "buying opportunity" - I don't think so. Who in the right mind would want to buy a sinking ship unless of course they are playing it short. As for PSFT being a "Single-Digit-Midget" soon - I couldn't of said it any better myself.

Huh? The chart looks horrible. Bears everywhere have been expecting it to break very weak support at 16 1/2. Voila. We'll see where it ends up, but bottom now? Don't see a basis for it.
