I haven't seen the S13 for RACE. But here is WEBB's latest S13

"On March 15, 1999, Robert B. Prag ("RBP"), who had been an
executive officer and director of LFC, resigned those positions.
While an officer and director of LFC, RBP had filed jointly with LFC,
JML and RAL a statement on Schedule 13G with respect to the Issuer's
Common Stock. Any group status that may have existed among LFC,
JML and RAL, on the one hand, and RBP, on the other hand, with respect
to the Issuer's Common Stock terminated upon RBP's resignation as an
officer and director of LFC.
Upon dissolution of the group,
RBP beneficially owned less than one percent of the Issuer's Common
Stock."

I'm not sure why RACE's S13 isn't there yet - I presume one is required. Anyone long should be worried - that's one less pair of hands to operate the fax machines.
Here's something else interesting. Prag resigns on the 15th and can sell his shares on the 16th?

So much for the "strong hands theory"

If you "boys" believe this to be such a significant event perhaps you should short some more.

This another non-event that you are hyping as though it has some significance. Let's see how much impact this has on the stock price...let's review in a couple of weeks or BETTER yet...let's review "in the coming weeks".

Will this take us to $.50 Drakes?? C'mon tell us. (again)

This is completely a non-event for Data Race it is a very sad situation for the person involved...Bob Prag.

Good luck with whatever conclusions you come to.

Drakes - he's still locked to the original agreement. I called to check.
