Also I never said anything about the DOJ, nor did I accuse them of anything, ...

Another wrong statement by your Legalness.

. . . why don't you just come clean and admit you messed up by relying on an obviously flawed source. Heck anyone can make a mistake, even DOJ. #reply-8500641

Not only are you saying something about them, but it sounds like you are saying the DOJ would not be an accurate source to me. I guess you didn't outright say they were lying, there Mr. Clinton, but it sure sounds like you are saying they are a flawed source.

Yet you persist in wanting to think I am a fraud. You can't even keep your words straight. Is this the incompetence defense you are mounting against your own fraud?

How your buddy Carl must love that you are keeping this case front and center on the thread: . . . and Carl Kruse fabricated documents and information they knew were false and submitted the documents to the housing authority to support fraudulent and inflated claims . . . http://www.usdoj.gov/opa/pr/Pre_96/August95/435.txt.html (Note: that it is DOJ saying that.)

Suppose he is the one dumping just to get away from your feeble defense of this company at the expense of keeping him in the spotlight?

SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC (Note to SEC: LegalBeast is apparently a phone confidant of Carl Kruse. Note to DOJ: LegalBeast apparently believes you issue flawed Press Releases joining non-existent suits against his friend.)

You committed FRAUD by misrepresenting the CUSIP thing.
No wrong there little LegalGuy. Getting a Cusip # change is really quite straightforward. The legal documentation for what they did is quite simple:

12. Name Change Proxy Statement (or) Certificate of Amendment
cusip.com

And when it comes time for the Reverse Split look how easy it is:
14. Reverse Stock Splits Letter to Shareholders

My point is completely valid. Getting a Cusip # change is quite easy and you know it. Like a squid you attempt to escape in your cloud of inky charges. Maybe call you LegalSquid.
