Good info, John. Certainly explains, IMO, the recent weakness in SKYEY.

We should have an announcement from the FDA re DepoCyt sometime over the next couple of weeks. Given the strength of the FDA Advisory Committee's vote, anything but an "approval" would be a major surprise.

In addition to getting my new shares from the 1st contingent payment, I'd love to see these shorts take a hike on the news.
