I liked this, from a column by Ken Allard on the MSNBC site:"As that most prolific author, Anonymous, suggest, “The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius understands limits.” Unless NATO’s strategy reflects those same limits, than Operation Allied Force may well end up becoming all that its acronym implies."
