Link the proper post where you're calling me a fraud and we can all look together that I never mentioned you by name, rather generically said it was touted on the various boards. Geeez.

Quick question here.
If someone brought a suit against someone for slandering (or would it be libel) their name. And this also affect the standing of the company they owned . and if this company was publicly traded could the shareholders also bring a suit against these people too?
