It seems some people are getting out today thinking they can come back in before the April 23rd date. Those people are going to miss out on the pop because I think IDT will release all sorts of news before then.

Hawaii - Did you see that post that indicated David Tice form the
BearX fund was short on IDTC. Seems strange

Did anyone confirm that?

John

hawaii, why don't they sell isp too? they've got 2m people riding n2p (and growing). i used to have idt.net a long time ago. they have the technology. if they can offer internet for $10, there should be a market.

Smart money is getting out as we speak. Down $1.00 on over 600,000 shares. You need to re-read your message to me. It made no sense. Are you now agreeing that they plan to take equity investments without an IPO to the public? If not, re-read the very paragraph you quoted.

I tried to warn you, but you just wanted to hype!

Dear Hawaii,

I am not very well versed in the terminology of the market. What exactly is a term sheet??

Hawaii, you said,

"David, What is your definition of equity securities? If this were a spinoff, they would have no need to have arranged a credit facility to bridge the bond issue."

WRONG Hawaii!! They need MONEY to bridge the bond issue! For whatever reason they need to get rid of the bonds, (IPO, spin off, outright sale) they need MONEY and thus the credit facility.
