Whatever We know that Winspear offered 60mil to buy them out thats good enough for me.As the suit goes well we know that Winspear has 67%
already and if the court see's it Winspears way were in the big money
sooner or later.

Gord, The interesting part is that WSP submitted a proposal program and budget to ABZ. ABZ didn't respond with cash for their share of the program........ DUH!!! Any judge in the land will look upon this negativly upon ABZ. It's ABZ's responsibility to pay for their share of the project. WSP isn't in the collection business.
