Colleen During the inter-active meeting there was camera set up in each division of pabn. At that time their was a camera at RMC. At that time RMS was a part of pabn. If it wasn't than why would Mr. Williams have allowed this???? <We have continuing obligations on both parts that extend out.> Could it be that the continuing obligation as mentioned about were not met on either pabn part or on RMC part? If these obligation where not met would it not also null and void any contract that the two companies had. Now if John Schmitz knowingly lied about there being a contract at the time of the meeting Than I would say the SEC will be showing up soon. If there was a reason for voiding the contract, well it happens all the time.

Hey, all any one had to do was call Dave Williams at ANY TIME during the last several months and ask, and Dave himself would have told you that RMC had not been aquired. I posted that many times, and wouldn't you know, I'm a basher. I also distinctly remeber, Colleen, when you were taking alot of heat when you first started waking up to all this BS, that I told every one on this board that before too long, most every one here would regret that they didn't listen up to some sage advise from you. Well, well, well... Barb, if you read this, it's time to close up shop, tuck your tail between your legs, and go home quietly, while you still have an ounce of dignity left. I know John and Friends didn't leave you with much, but hey, salvage what you can.
