ahoj!!

As you seem to be well aware of the issues It would be really kind of
you to give me your reply....

<<Thank you for your informative post. In your opinion would you think that an outfit such as Barclays would do any research into a company that they might sponsor or " advertise " with ? I would have thought that they would go to great lengths not to become involved with an untrustworthy ( ? ) company in the event that it might damage their name. I would also have thought that a bank such as Barclays, well positioned in Asia, would have the means to find out anything they wanted.>>

JMHO of course.

Why is there an argument. ZiaSun's home page shows Swiftrade as part of ZiaSun group...

Some one start telling the truth around here please!

jjs64, paste of the HOME PAGE OF SWIFTRADE.....

Our mission is to bring international stock markets to investors around the world. We now offer access to major U.S. markets. Other major markets are to be added shortly.

This website contains no offer or solicitation of any security, product or service in any jurisdiction where their offer or sale is not qualified or exempt from regulation. Also, not all securities, products or services described on this website are available in all countries.

Simple, Reliable, Accurate

When the other systems can't deliver...

you can count on Swiftrade.

SWIFTRADE's on-line technology provides overseas investors with a direct link to the floor of all major U.S. Stock Exchanges, ensuring flawless execution, instant confirmation of trades and accurate balances and positions.

SWIFTRADE operates in cooperation with Amber Securities Corporation, California, a NASD registered broker/dealer. All trades are cleared through Emmett A. Larkin Company Inc, of San Francisco.
SWIFTRADE provides security. Amber Securities' clients are insured by the Securities Investors Protection Corporation (SIPC) for up to $500,000 (including $100,000 in cash). Emmett A. Larkin provides additional coverage of up to $2,000,000 through Lloyd's of London.

This site requires a frames enabled browser and is best viewed with a 800 x 600 screen or above.

To me this means:

1) Amber Securities Corp of California is employed as a Broker by Swiftrade.

2) IF you employ a broker and he breaks the Law, (assuming what you write is true, since you are clearly unable to back it up by any sort of proof), does that make you a Law breaker as well??

3) The clearing company is NOT Amber Securities.

4) Clients funds are fully insured to the tune of up to 2 Millions.

In my opinion, you are spreading misrepresentations and lying through your teeth. If you had any proof, you would have been so happy to post it. I am sending your posts to ZSUN and J. Stark at the SEC and we are going to soon know what is your real name.
