Are you telling me you never bailed out of a Contract, A mortgage, A loan? When you discovered something wasn't right? Should I go on?

I NEVER have. So, are you trying to tell me that I am not an savvy, intelligent consumer because I examine all the details of any such arrangement and won't sign anything that I don't agree with prior to signing? Or that I am a savvy intelligent consumer?

thanks silver for thinking i may be a wee bit intelligent,my wife may at times disagree, yes sure business deals fall thru all the time for any # of reasons, but just as an example, at one time another business wanted to partner with my co. in a business venture and it looked to be a sound and safe deal to me ,until i checked furthur and found there were a few shakey deals in their past and i backed out of the deal.i don't mean to imply this is the only senerio or is it the correct one,but it is possible r m c backed off and not pabn we simply don't know.one other senerio that is possible, this could be just a simple parting of the ways, agreed to by both parties, the problem i have here is john schmitz credibility, cried wolf to many times to be believed. just an opinion---.snipper.
